Management
Annual General Meeting
As TAREA is a membership organization, the management of the organization is naturally depending on the members. The institution for this is the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which takes place once a year. Every member is invited to come there in order to participate in elections, exhibitions or presentations that accompany the event.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee (EC) is the superior institution for all TAREA activities. The board is meeting once in three months.
Advisory Committee
The Advisory Committee (AC) is indirectly elected by the AGM. Only one of its seven members is appointed directly, the others are appointees of the Executive Committee.
Secretariat
TAREA's daily activities are managed by the secretariat personnel. There are two full-time employees, the Executive Secretary and the Administrative Secretary. These are supported by two volunteers.
