The membership with TAREA is connected to various benefits. For one, a certificate from TAREA is widely received as a sign of quality (also see our application restrictions). Furthermore, every member will receive the most up-to-date studies, calls for competitions, networking services and general information.

TAREA Members are divided into different categories. This division enables TAREA to communicate information in a more sensible way. The information distributed to a certain member can be filtered as to whether it is relevant for him. For example, a competition offering funds to businesses in Tanzania is not usually an information important for an international member.

TAREA is asking all members to pay their annual subscription fee once a year in order to help covering the running cost of the association.

Payment of these fees will render someone who has already joined TAREA an active member. Only active members receive the full benefit of their membership. Your certificate of membership, for example, is only valid if you can also provide a receipt of your annual  payment.
