TAREA Members are divided into different categories. This division enables TAREA to communicate information in a more sensible way. The information distributed to a certain member can be filtered as to whether it is relevant for him. For example, a competition offering funds to businesses in Tanzania is not usually an information important for an international member.

Beneath, you can find a table depicting the different categories and the criteria of which you should fulfil at least one to apply for the corresponding membership. If you are not sure for which category you should apply, please feel free to ask us or our members.

OVERVIEW

• Your company is involved in renewanle energies.
• You are interested in exhibitions, competitions or conferences related to renewable energies.
• You wish to promote your business.

Small Business

• You feel that the reduced benefits as opposed to Large Businesses are sufficient for your company.

Professional Members

Practicing Professional

• You hold a degree and are working in the renewable energy sector.
• You are holding a key position in a company in the sector.
• You are a teacher or other qualifications.

Recognized Technician

• You have been trained in electronics or renewable energy applications.
• You are doing renewable energy installations or maintenance.

Associate Member

• You are interested in TAREA's work or renewable energies.
• You are not directly related to the sector.

Student Member

• You are studying in Tanzania.
• You are interested in TAREA's work or renewable energies.

International Member

Individual

• You are living abroad, but nevertheless interested in renewable energies in Tanzania.

Corporate

• You fulfil the requirements for Corporate Members, but your company is working abroad.
