If you have decided to become one of our many members and profit from our services, you are welcome to apply.

After you have filled out the application form, there will be a certain procedure and some additional requirements before TAREA regards you as a member and before you can thus benefit fully.

Please regard the drawing provided to the right. It shows the way to become a TAREA member.

In the past year, it has become obvious that many applicants have filled out the application form, but never became active members, as they never paid any of the fees required. Since 2009, there is a new endorsement policy carried out by the Executive Secretary.

You can only become a TAREA member if the Executive Secretary approves of your membership. This law has been introduced in order to maintain quality standards among TAREA members - TAREA membership is to be a sign that this person is qualified in the area of renewable energies and/or provides good quality work. For example, a person trading with fake solar equipment will not be endorsed by the Executive Secretary if he is aware of this fact.

Your application will only be given to the Executive Secretary if you have paid your registration fee. You may also pay your annual fee already, but this is not required for endorsement. However, paying both fees at once will speed up the process.

After the Executive Secretary has endorsed you, you will receive your Membership Certificate. Once you have received it, you will profit from TAREA's full services, you will for example receive the latest news, competition opportunities or funding sources information.

Please note, that you will only get your Certificate after payment of the annual subricption fees. You will just receive a notification that you have been endorsed.
